Stephen Jemal: Visionary Leader in Real Estate
As the youngest of ten siblings, Stephen Jemal is a first-generation American born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. From an early age, he worked alongside his father and mentor at the family discount store in Spanish Harlem. By sixteen, he had already launched his venture of four electronics and music specialty stores. These formative experiences alongside his father laid the groundwork for Jemal’s most notable achievement: the founding of the electronics chain Nobody Beats the Wiz. He attended Pace University and gradually built a reputation as a visionary entrepreneur.
Jemal is the founder and visionary behind the PASHA brand, a multi-building project designed to offer six-figure earners luxurious, amenity-filled apartments in Manhattan at affordable rates. PASHA also serves business professionals visiting New York City and international residents looking for comfortable, reasonably priced living spaces. The project includes rentable “WorkWell” office spaces exclusively for PASHA residents. As President and CEO of JemRock Organization LLC, Stephen works closely with his four sons to expand PASHA into a global brand, bringing together a team of New York City experts to ensure the project’s success.
